Job Description

Seeking a Wound Care Specialist to coordinate inpatient wound, ostomy, and continence care.

  • Provide assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care aligned with hospital standards.

  • Diagnose and treat wounds, ostomies, and continence issues, monitoring patient progress and educating patients on self-care.

  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure holistic care and stay updated on latest research and technology.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and manage specialized equipment.

    • Qualifications include a relevant degree (Bachelor’s preferred), WV nursing license, wound care certification, and 2+ years experience.
    Certifications like BLS required within 6 months.
