Job Description
This RN position offers competitive pay ($56.58-$83.76/hr) based on experience, with no on-call requirements and some flexible shift details.
Provides direct and indirect patient care, utilizing critical thinking and the nursing process.
Requires California RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of clinical experience.
Involves clinical advancement, decision-making, leadership, patient/family relationships, and collaboration.
Demands strong organizational, communication, and teaching skills, with a focus on safety and quality care.
Bonuses available for new hires ($5K sign-on, $5K relocation, $2.5K referral).
