Job Description
Seeking a PRN RN for the GeroPsych Department with a focus on patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and documentation.
Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans involving patients.
Administer medications, conduct clinical treatments, and document patient care.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
Assist with activities of daily living such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
Coordinate care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support.
Provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs.
Advocate for patients’ physical and emotional well-being.
