Job Description
This registered nurse position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care from admission to discharge across various units.
Provides relationship-based, evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
Ensures safety, quality standards, and compliance with regulations while advocating for patients and addressing ethical issues.
Uses critical thinking to identify problems, prioritize tasks, and modify care plans based on patient responses.
Communicates effectively, documents accurately, and promotes a safe therapeutic environment.
Assists in discharge planning and participates in quality improvement, professional development, and community outreach activities.
Requires an associate’s degree (BSN preferred), 3-4 years RN experience, and valid licensure. Certifications include CPR and unit-specific credentials.
Demonstrates strong communication, computer, and nursing skills. The salary range is $37.5 – $54.92.
