Manages department independently under the guidance of a Nurse Manager/Director, promoting efficient and effective nursing services.
Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies, JCAHO, and the Nurse Practice Act.
Maintains budgetary guidelines and oversees 24-hour departmental responsibilities.
Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing school, with at least 1 year of RN experience.
Certifications: Current license, CPR.
Professional requirement: Must hold necessary licensure or certification per state regulations.
