Job Description

This Perioperative PRN position focuses on staff education, orientation, auditing, and leadership roles.

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, current NY RN licensure or eligibility, and demonstrated clinical competence in the specialty.
  • Creates a collaborative environment with effective communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Responsible for decision-making, problem-solving, and developing practice standards.
  • Must meet physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working on-site, with a moderate noise environment.
  • Work involves exposure to infectious materials and chemicals; the role is primarily on-site and requires adherence to confidentiality and privacy regulations.
