Job Description
The Education Specialist supports staff development through orientation, ongoing training, and program development.
Collaborates with hospital, community, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
Develops standards of care, interprets regulations, and promotes best practices.
Requires a Masterâs degree (MS-Nursing preferred), 3-5 years of critical care or clinical social work experience, and certification.
Skills include effective communication, leadership, program development, and knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
Primary responsibilities include designing educational activities, promoting high-level practice, and evaluating program outcomes to improve patient care.
Ideal candidates may have pediatric nursing experience.
