Job Description
The Education Specialist supports staff development through orientation, ongoing education, and program development.
Collaborates with hospital and community partners to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Interprets policies, develops standards of care, and monitors quality outcomes.
Leads system design for staff engagement in practice, research, and education.
Provides leadership in designing and implementing educational programs, evaluating their effectiveness.
Requires a Masterâs degree (preferably in nursing or social work), 3-5 years of clinical experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Ideal candidates have pediatric nursing experience, but others may be considered.
Position involves day shifts with occasional off-shift and weekend support.
This role involves handling sensitive information and ensuring data protection.
