Job Description
The Education Specialist supports staff development through orientation, ongoing education, and program design.
Collaborates with hospital and community partners, ensures regulatory compliance, and interprets laws and policies related to healthcare and social services.
Leads in creating educational activities that enhance practice, research, and quality of care, promoting high-level nursing practice.
Requires a Masterâs Degree (preferably in Nursing or Social Work), 3-5 years of clinical experience, and certification.
Skills include communication, leadership, program development, and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Work hours are Monday-Friday, with occasional off-shift and weekend rotations.
The role involves handling sensitive information in compliance with privacy laws.
