Job Description
The ECT Coordinator is a full-time RN responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) services.
Develops goals, policies, and protocols for the ECT program.
Coordinates treatments, schedules, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams.
Provides patient education, monitors safety, and ensures equipment readiness.
Performs clinical assessments, manages non-clinical duties such as billing, referrals, and documentation.
Participates in performance improvement and staff education activities.
Acts as a liaison for patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring smooth workflow and communication.
Ensures compliance with insurance and authorization requirements.
Maintains clinical skills and supports quality care standards.
