Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care to promote positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.
Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care in assigned units.
Analyzes medical history, diagnostic results, and current conditions to develop individualized care plans.
Prepares and administers medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Reconciles medical records for accuracy and compliance with standards.
Evaluates patient responses to interventions and adjusts care plans as needed.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care planning.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), at least 1 year of RN experience (clinical specialty preferred), and valid RN licensure in North Carolina or a Compact state, along with BLS certification.
