Job Description
The Perioperative Clinical Service Line Coordinator â Control Desk reports to the Nurse Manager and is a key leadership role within the Operating Room team.
Responsible for coordinating unit policies, objectives, and procedures to ensure a safe, caring environment supporting clinical excellence and customer service.
Acts as a liaison among staff, physicians, and support teams to promote positive patient outcomes.
Requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and knowledge of perioperative standards and practices.
Must have RN licensure, OR experience, clinical competency, and preferred certification (CNOR).
Additional qualifications include a BSN (preferred), management experience, and proficiency with computer systems like EPIC.
Role involves sensitive information handling, adherence to policies, and fostering a collaborative environment.
