Job Description

The Perioperative Clinical Service Line Coordinator – Control Desk is a leadership role within the Operating Room, reporting to the Nurse Manager.

  • Responsible for coordinating perioperative policies, procedures, and ensuring effective team communication to promote patient safety and quality care.

  • Requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with knowledge of AORN standards and experience in OR nursing (scrub and circulating roles).

  • Qualifications include a valid RN license, BSN preferred, current CPR, and three years OR experience. Leadership and supervisory experience are desirable.

  • Responsibilities include problem-solving, supply management, staff collaboration, and ensuring compliance with ethical and confidentiality standards.

  • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Suite, EPIC) and ongoing professional development are expected. The role offers a salary range of $78,773.63 – $122,099.12.
