Job Description
The Perioperative Clinical Service Line Lead (Robotics) reports to the nurse manager and plays a key leadership role within the division.
Coordinates and implements the philosophy, policies, and procedures of the health system and perioperative nursing.
Maintains a safe, caring environment supporting clinical excellence and customer service.
Acts as a liaison among staff, physicians, and support teams to promote positive patient outcomes.
Oversees robotic specialty services, manages equipment and supplies, and mentors team members.
Serves as a registered nurse with leadership experience, requiring RN licensure, BLS, and OR experience (3+ years, including 2 in robotics).
Preferred qualifications include a BSN, CNOR, and EPIC experience.
The role may involve handling sensitive information per HIPAA and other regulations.
