The Robotic Clinical Service Line Lead reports to the nurse manager and serves as a key leader within the perioperative division.

Coordinates and implements the philosophy, policies, and procedures of the health system and perioperative nursing.

Provides leadership, maintains a safe, caring environment, and promotes clinical excellence and customer service.

Acts as a liaison among clinical staff, physicians, support staff, and medical personnel to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Oversees robotic specialty services, manages equipment and supplies, and mentors team members in robotic and OR nursing functions.

Performs core RN duties, collaborates across teams, and demonstrates leadership experience in charge or resource roles.

Requires a BSN (preferred), NY RN licensure, BLS, 3+ years OR experience (2+ in robotics), and CNOR (preferred). EPIC experience is a plus.
