Job Description

The Operating Room department seeks a Robotic Clinical Service Line Lead to coordinate perioperative robotics services.

  • Reports to the nurse manager and collaborates with clinical staff, physicians, and support teams to promote patient safety and clinical excellence.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing equipment and supply needs, mentoring staff, and acting as a liaison among managers, specialty teams, anesthesia, and medical staff.

  • Requirements: BSN preferred, NY licensure, CNOR and BLS required, 3+ years OR experience including 2+ years in robotics, leadership experience, and EPIC experience preferred.

  • The role demands strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills, with an emphasis on maintaining a safe, caring environment and ensuring effective perioperative patient care.
