Job Description
We are seeking a full-time BHU Charge Nurse for a new Behavioral Health Unit opening in fall 2024.
Supervise and mentor nursing/support staff during shifts.
Determine staffing, assign roles based on patient needs and staff abilities.
Provide direct patient care as needed.
Collaborate to identify solutions and improve patient experience.
Evaluate care effectiveness, address complaints, and ensure safety and quality standards.
Facilitate professional growth through feedback and team support.
Ensure compliance with regulations and quality initiatives.
Qualifications include RN license in Nevada, BLS, ACLS certifications, and relevant education (BSN preferred).
