Job Description
The Trainer, Clinical Operations MFC DC, is responsible for onboarding and ongoing training of RN Case Managers, Social Workers, and staff in the Case Management/Clinical Operations team.
Develops and maintains training curricula, workflows, and schedules for in-person and virtual sessions.
Uses performance data to assess training effectiveness and shares findings with clinical leaders and committees.
Ensures staff compliance with regulatory standards, audits documentation, and supports quality improvement initiatives.
Maintains current knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and compliance standards.
Assists with software system evaluation and updates to improve efficiency.
Requires a BSN, active RN license, and 3-4 years of clinical experience, including case management and training.
The role involves rotating between Maryland and DC locations.
