Job Description
The RN in ambulatory neurology provides comprehensive care to individuals of all ages through face-to-face and telecommunication encounters, fostering long-term patient relationships.
Responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, applying nursing interventions, health education, advocacy, coordinating services, and evaluating outcomes.
Acts as a partner within the interdisciplinary team, supporting patients and families in managing their health while respecting cultural and individual needs.
Requires a nursing diploma, associate or bachelor’s degree, a valid RN license, BLS certification, and preferred ambulatory care experience.
Demonstrates commitment to quality improvement, teamwork, ethical practice, cultural competence, safety, and ongoing education.
Adheres to standards of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, coordination, education, and evaluation, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Maintains compliance with confidentiality, safety policies, and organizational standards, contributing to a positive, collaborative, and safe environment.
