Job Description
The Registered Nurse in ambulatory neurology provides comprehensive care across the lifespan through face-to-face and telehealth interactions, focusing on patient safety, education, advocacy, and care coordination.
Requires a diploma, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree in nursing and current NYS RN licensure.
Preferably has ambulatory care experience and BLS certification.
Demonstrates teamwork, excellent communication, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to quality improvement.
Follows nursing standards for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Ensures safety, adheres to policies, maintains confidentiality, and participates in ongoing education and quality initiatives.
Contributes to a compassionate, respectful environment supporting patient-centered care.
