The ambulatory Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan through face-to-face and telecommunication methods.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, performing procedures, health education, advocacy, coordinating services, and evaluating outcomes.

Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support patients and families, respecting cultural and individual preferences.

Requires a nursing diploma or degree, current RN licensure, BLS certification, and preferably ambulatory care experience.

Demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, safety, and commitment to quality improvement and patient satisfaction.

Adheres to standards of practice, promotes safety, and maintains confidentiality and compliance with policies and regulations.

Engages in ongoing education, participates in performance and quality activities, and demonstrates cultural competence and effective communication.
