Job Description
Work as a Registered Nurse in the General Surgery/Trauma Office, providing direct patient care under physician/APP supervision.
Obtain and record vital signs, patient history, and conduct physical assessments.
Administer medications, participate in procedures, and document in EHR.
Review test results, manage patient requests, and facilitate communication.
Use resources to meet patient outcomes and contribute to quality metrics.
Delegate tasks to LPNs and MAs as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Orient and educate new staff and maintain ongoing professional development.
Educate patients on health and wellness.
Role requires adherence to privacy regulations and responsible handling of sensitive information.
