Job Description
Seeking a Registered Nurse in General Surgery/Trauma for daytime shifts with a salary range of $60,028 to $99,023.
Under physician/APP supervision, provide direct patient care, triage, assessment, planning, and evaluation of care plans.
Record vital signs, obtain patient history, and perform physical assessments.
Administer medications, participate in procedures, and document results in the EHR.
Review test results, manage patient requests, and facilitate call-backs.
Utilize resources to meet patient outcomes and quality metrics.
Delegate tasks to qualified staff and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Orient and educate new staff and maintain ongoing education.
Provide patient education on health and wellness.
This role may involve access to sensitive patient information, requiring strict confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards.
