Job Description
This PT Renal Med Surg RN position offers a sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment.
Provides patient-centered care to those with varying renal conditions, including dialysis-dependent patients.
Receives specialty training in Peritoneal Dialysis and collaborates closely with nephrologists.
Works in an 18-bed unit with patient ratios of 1:4-6 based on acuity and shift.
Responsible for assessing, monitoring, administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients and families.
Qualifications include at least 1 year of RN experience, BSN or enrollment in a BSN program, current RN licensure, BLS certification, and preferred specialty certification.
