We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to assume our Rehabilitation Manager position. This role provides oversight and leadership to our _highly experienced_ rehabilitation team and requires a high commitment and the ability to work in a results-oriented environment.

The right candidate would possess the following qualifications along with a positive attitude and the dedication needed to grow in the rapidly changing healthcare setting.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
* Manages and oversees the daily operations of the department, ensuring compliance with state and federal policies and regulations; oversees continuous quality of services.
* Conducts joint visits with the Rehab staff for annual performance evaluation purposes and to challenging clinical or managerial patient or family dynamics as needed.
* Develops or assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation of the team.
* Assists the Rehab team with casework management of a specialized caseload, performing screening and assessment including placement, and/or discharge.
* Performs various management functions, such as preparing and monitoring budgets, preparing administrative and programmatic reports and correspondence; participates in program development projects coinciding with the organization’s strategic plan.
* Provides direct clinical services as a licensed practitioner as needed.

Qualifications Include:
* Bachelor’s degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy is required. Master’s degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy is preferred.
* Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
* Knowledge of case management and Medicare regulations.
* Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
* Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies.
* Minimum of 3 years of progressive home healthcare experience needed.
* Minimum 3 years management experience with demonstrated success in organizational and change leadership.
