*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Rehab Hospital in Portsmouth, NH. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Patients receive three hours of therapy a day.

*Duties*
– Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status and medical history.
– Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed,
– Monitor patients’ progress and adjust care plans as needed.
– Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans. UDS charging

*Qualifications*
– Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of NH
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
– Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
