Registered Nurse (RN) – Trauma – $31-43 per hour

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Trauma for ongoing day shifts (12 hours) in Detroit, MI, offering up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus based on experience.

Specializes in trauma care within a 25-bed telemetry unit, supporting surgical services like neurology, maxillofacial, gynecological, and orthopedic patients.

The RN manages patient care, collaborates with physicians, delegates tasks, monitors progress, and prepares patients for discharge.

Qualifications include RN licensure in Michigan, graduation from nursing school, BLS certification, with BSN preferred.
