Responsibilities include scheduling and assigning nursing staff, providing compassionate support to residents and families, answering questions, maintaining a safe and clean environment, managing confidential information, documenting resident care, and promoting teamwork among healthcare staff.

• Valid RN license required
• Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
• Basic computer skills needed
