Seeking an RN Supervisor for overnight shifts in Utica, NY with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include scheduling and assigning nursing staff, providing compassionate support to residents and families, answering questions, maintaining a safe and clean environment, protecting confidentiality, managing documentation, and fostering teamwork.

Requirements: Valid RN license, minimum 3 years long-term care experience, strong leadership skills, familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs, excellent communication, and basic computer skills.
