  • The Level II Competent Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, patient-centered care, collaborating with the healthcare team to improve quality through evidence-based practices.
  • Responsibilities include directing nursing care, coordinating with patients, families, and team members, and participating in quality and performance improvement activities.
  • Assumes accountability for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Participates in staff orientation, unit policies, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Qualifications include a valid RN license, recent RN acute care experience, and certifications like BLS and NIHSS; BSN preferred.
