Job Description
The Level II Competent Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, patient-centered care, collaborating with the healthcare team to improve quality through evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities include coordinating nursing care, supervising staff, patient/family education, discharge planning, and participating in quality improvement activities.
Acts as a resource for policies, assists with procedures, and ensures safety and effective communication.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, at least 1 year of RN experience (critical care preferred), valid RN license, BSN required, BLS at hire, ACLS within 60 days.
External candidates may need additional certifications within specified timeframes.
