  • The Level II Competent Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, patient-centered care, collaborating with the healthcare team to improve quality using evidence-based practices.

  • Responsibilities include coordinating nursing care, supervising staff, communicating with patients and team members, participating in quality and performance improvement, and assisting with procedures and discharge planning.

  • Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, at least 1 year of RN experience (critical care preferred), valid RN license, BSN, and BLS certification; ACLS within 60 days.

  • Additional certifications may be required based on job profile, including PALS, NRP, CPI, and others.
