The Level II Competent Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, patient-centered care, collaborating with the healthcare team to improve quality using evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities include coordinating nursing care, supervising staff, communicating with patients and team members, participating in quality and performance improvement, and assisting with procedures and discharge planning.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, at least 1 year of RN experience (critical care preferred), valid RN license, BSN, and BLS certification; ACLS within 60 days.
Additional certifications may be required based on job profile, including PALS, NRP, CPI, and others.
