Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN), Progressive Care for a full-time position with variable 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend.
Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus offered.
Provide direct patient care in a 42-bed PCU unit, focusing on adult and geriatric patients, including acute cardiac care and invasive line management.
Work collaboratively with the care team under the Nurse Managerâs supervision, participating in performance improvement initiatives.
Utilize your skills to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring positive patient outcomes.
Qualifications include a current RN license, associates or bachelorâs degree, BLS certification within 30 days, ACLS certification, and at least one year of cardiovascular or comparable nursing experience.
