Job Description
This position involves providing professional nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and standards.
Practice and ensure quality by delivering relationship-based, safe, and efficient care grounded in a culture of safety and quality.
Communicate effectively with interprofessional teams, documenting care accurately in verbal, written, and electronic formats.
Support organizational goals, advocate for patients and teams, delegate tasks, and assume leadership roles such as charge nurse.
Participate in professional development, serve as a mentor, and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
Minimum qualifications include an associate’s degree in nursing (bachelor’s preferred), 1-2 years recent acute care experience, RN licensure in the district, and relevant certifications, including CPR and EFM for perinatal nurses.
Requires effective communication skills, ability to prioritize, and work under stress. The pay range is $60.00.
