Job Description
This RN position in the Progressive Care Unit offers ongoing employment with 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts, including a $10,000 sign-on bonus based on experience.
Provides direct patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing clinical treatments.
Supervises staff, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care.
Coordinates patient care within medical protocols, administering medications safely and timely.
Supports emergency response by fulfilling hospital incident command system roles and understanding emergency codes.
Ensures compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards, aiming for optimal patient discharge outcomes.
