Job Description
Seeking a full-time RN in the Operating Room for ongoing 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week in Tucson, AZ.
Provides direct patient care following policies and protocols.
Coordinates multidisciplinary care, implements and monitors care plans, and reassesses patient status.
Performs assessments, identifies problems, and sets achievable goals with patients and families.
Implements care, ensures safety, administers medications, educates patients, documents care, and evaluates patient progress.
Manages care transitions and discharge planning, delegating and supervising as needed.
Requires valid AZ nursing license or compact license with ability to obtain AZ license within 30 days.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory; ACLS, PALS, or NRP preferred.
Graduation from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred.
No prior work experience required.
Up to $15,000 bonus based on eligibility.
