Job Description
The Level II Competent Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, patient-centered care by collaborating with the healthcare team and applying evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities include coordinating nursing care, overseeing staff, communicating with patients and team members, participating in quality and performance improvement, and supporting staff orientation.
Requires a nursing degree, at least 1 year of RN experience, valid RN license, and BLS certification; BSN preferred.
Offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying external candidates.
Adheres to professional, structural, leadership, and innovation practice standards.
Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required based on the role.
