Job Summary: The Level II Competent Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, patient-centered care, collaborating with the healthcare team to improve quality through evidence-based practices. Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, and supervising licensed and unlicensed staff. The role includes coordinating care with patients and families, communicating with team members, participating in quality improvement, orientation, and policy development.

Practice Standards include exemplary professional practice, structural empowerment, transformational leadership, and innovation. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, valid RN license, BLS required, with BSN preferred or within five years. Additional certifications such as ONS/ONCC and NIHSS are required within specified timeframes. All applicants will be considered regardless of race, gender, or veteran status.
