Job Summary:
The Level II Competent Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, patient-centered care, collaborating with the healthcare team to improve quality by integrating research and evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities include overseeing nursing care, coordinating patient and family involvement, communicating care plans, supporting quality improvement, orienting staff, and participating in policy development.
Must have a minimum of 2 years RN experience, including 2 years NICU experience, with a valid RN license. BSN preferred, BLS required, and NRP within 6 months.
