Job Description
This Level II Competent Registered Nurse provides patient-centered care, collaborating with the healthcare team to improve quality using evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities include coordinating nursing care, overseeing staff, involving patients and families in care planning, and communicating with team members.
Participates in quality and performance improvement initiatives, orientation of staff, and policy development.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, minimum 2 years RN experience including NICU, valid RN license, BLS certification, and NRP within 6 months. BSN preferred.
Emphasizes professional standards, empowerment, leadership, and innovation in practice.
