Job Description
Join our team as a Level II Competent Registered Nurse, responsible for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve care quality by incorporating research and evidence-based practices.
Supervise licensed and unlicensed staff while coordinating care with patients and families, including discharge planning and education.
Communicate effectively with team members and participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
Assist in defining standards of excellence, participate in staff orientation, and contribute to policy development.
Qualifications include an accredited nursing program, valid RN license, BLS certification, and NRP within 6 months. BSN preferred.
