Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care in our Medical Surgical unit with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio.

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure quality patient care.
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Serve as a liaison among staff, physicians, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication.
  • Enforce policies, uphold healthcare standards, and support staff development.
  • Utilize specialized care plans and technology to impact patient outcomes positively.

    Qualifications: current RN license, BSN preferred, BLS required within 30 days, ACLS/PALS within 6 months, 1+ year experience preferred.
