Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care in our Medical Surgical unit with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio.

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal patient care and coverage.
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Serve as a liaison between staff, physicians, patients, and families to ensure effective communication.
  • Enforce policies, uphold healthcare standards, and mentor nursing staff.
  • Utilize specialized care plans and technology to impact patient wellbeing positively.
