Job Description
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital leadership role within the healthcare team, building genuine relationships with patients and their support systems.
You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans that promote health or support peaceful end-of-life experiences.
Utilizing evidence-based practices with compassionate care, you will guide patients with dignity and respect, taking responsibility and accountability for delivering quality care in accordance with organizational policies.
This role involves working on a 50-bed Medical-Surgical unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:5-6, with shifts lasting 4-6 weeks, including every other weekend and holiday rotations.
Self-scheduling is available six weeks in advance.
Candidates should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, current RN licensure, and at least one year of relevant experience preferred.
