Job Description

Seeking a full-time RN Manager for the CVICU in Tucson, AZ, overseeing patient care, staff performance, and departmental operations.

  • Provides direct nursing care and manages clinical staff, including coverage and leadership roles.

  • Responsible for budgeting, financial reviews, and resource management.

  • Supervises recruitment, staff development, performance evaluations, and HR policies.

  • Leads quality initiatives, compliance, patient experience efforts, and department projects.

  • Ensures staff competencies, safety, and regulatory adherence.

  • Participates in hospital committees, supports business development, and maintains survey readiness.

  • Qualifications include a BSN, Arizona RN license, 3+ years of related experience, including supervisory experience; preferred 5+ years total.

  • Must possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with computer proficiency.
