Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager for a perioperative services equipment program in Valley Park, MO.
Manage a team of equipment specialists, oversee clinical equipment, and support team growth and onboarding.
Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, inventory, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide leadership, training, and quality assurance, including occasional weekends and off-hours.
Prefer experience with operating room equipment, EPIC systems, and certifications like CBET.
Manage decision support activities, vendor contracts, and equipment evaluations.
Develop departmental budgets, support service growth, and promote excellent customer relations.
Minimum requirements include a relevant associate’s degree and 2-5 years of experience; preferred bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of experience.
