Seeking a full-time RN for Long Term Acute Care in Fort Wayne, IN, specializing in inpatient rehab with night shifts and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Offer up to $48/hour based on experience plus shift differentials for nights and weekends.
Provide comprehensive care for patients with neurological, orthopedic, and trauma conditions, collaborating with a nursing assistant.
Responsibilities include admissions, patient assessments, accurate documentation in EPIC, interpreting diagnostics, transcribing orders, promoting quality improvement, and patient/family counseling.
Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS certification; BSN or enrollment preferred, clinical experience advantageous.
