  • The Level II Competent Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, patient-centered care, collaborating with the healthcare team to improve quality using evidence-based practices.

  • Responsibilities include directing nursing care, coordinating patient and family involvement, communicating care plans, supporting quality improvement, and participating in staff orientation and policy development.

  • Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing program, at least two years of RN experience, valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications within specified timeframes; BSN preferred.
