Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an 11-bed ICU with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, managing conditions like respiratory failure, sepsis, and DKA.
Responsibilities include patient assessments, administering treatments, monitoring critical conditions, and ensuring optimal outcomes.
Key duties involve staffing and scheduling, resource allocation, crisis response, communication with staff and families, policy enforcement, patient flow management, and mentoring team members.
