Job Description

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health Progressive Care Unit in Madison, WI.

  • 100% FTE, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with administrative call support.
  • Provide acute care in patients’ homes, managing an interdisciplinary team and ensuring quality care.
  • Lead staff performance, build partnerships, and oversee off-site patient care.
  • Qualifications include a BSN, 3+ years clinical experience, WI RN licensure, and CPR certification.
  • Preferred: advanced degrees, management experience, specialty certification.
